1. Controller

2. The Extension without an account

When you use the Extension without signing in, your watch list (video ids, titles, channel names, playback positions and timestamps) is stored only in your browser using Chrome’s extension storage. Nothing is sent to our servers. Uninstalling the Extension deletes it.

3. Accounts and Sync

When you create an account we process:

• Account data: email address, hashed password, account creation date, acceptance of the Terms.
• Watch list data: the same fields the Extension stores locally, so they can be synced to your other devices.
• Subscription data: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status and renewal date. Card details are held by Stripe, not by us.
• Technical data: server logs with IP address and timestamps, kept for security for a limited time.

Legal bases: performance of the contract with you (account, Sync, billing), our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure, and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

4. Processors

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing and invoicing.
• Vercel — hosting of this website.
• Email delivery provider — transactional emails such as confirmation and password reset.

Some processors may transfer data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

Account and watch list data are kept while your account exists and deleted when you delete it. Invoices and payment records are kept for the period required by tax law. Deleted watch list entries are removed from our servers after at most 90 days.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Write to support@example.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) or the authority in your country.

7. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies are set, so no consent banner is shown.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We will post any changes on this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
