Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

TubeMarq (the “Service”) is provided by [Company legal name] (Ideias Tecnológicas), [Registered address], Portugal, tax number [NIF] (“we”, “us”). The Service consists of the TubeMarq browser extension (the “Extension”), this website, and the optional account and synchronisation features (“Sync”).

2. Acceptance

By installing the Extension, creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Extension

The Extension is free and works without an account. It stores your watch list in your browser. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. Use of YouTube remains subject to YouTube’s own terms.

4. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to create an account.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• New accounts include a 14-day free trial of Sync. No payment details are needed for the trial.
• You may delete your account at any time from the account page or by contacting us. Deletion removes your synced data from our servers.

5. Subscription and payment

• Sync costs 12.99 € / year, charged in advance and renewed automatically every year until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Prices include VAT where it applies. The invoice shows the exact amount for your country.
• You can cancel at any time from the account page. Sync remains active until the end of the period already paid for. We do not refund partial periods, except as described in section 6.
• We may change the price for future renewal periods with at least 30 days’ notice by email.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason. To exercise it, email support@example.com from the account’s address. We refund the full amount within 14 days. Where you have expressly asked us to start Sync during the withdrawal period, we may deduct an amount proportional to the service already provided.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Service, attempt to access other users’ data, reverse engineer the server components, or use the Service in breach of applicable law.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Sync available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Sync entirely, we will notify subscribers and refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

9. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data that was only stored in your browser. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Portugal. Consumers may also rely on mandatory rules of their country of residence. For complaints you can use the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico or the EU online dispute resolution platform.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email or on this page at least 30 days before they take effect.
